Job description :

• Performs various tasks related to receiving, recording and gathering information;
• Follow up on grievances and departmental complaints filed by the union;
• Performs various tasks related to the recruitment of casual and temporary staff;
• Assist the Senior Labor Relations Advisor in dealing with grievances and complaints from departments;
• Prepare interview files;
• Monitoring of examinations;
• Provide support for other human resources issues;

Qualifications:
• Completion of as AEC;
• Minimum of two years experience;
