Permanent position of Receptionist
Must be very friendly and professional with customers working for a catering company well established in Ottawa.
The receptionist’s role therefore entails :
 Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers when giving an order.
 Assist customers with answers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within your capacity.
 Collaborate with other staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints are properly attended to in a timely manner.
 Keep clear records of payments received and make detailed notes of balance payments.
 Verify emails and respond to them accordingly; draw the attention of management to certain mails when necessary

 Excellent telephone manners
 Excellent communication skills
 Multitasking ability
 Possess retentive memory to remember orders
 Ability to pay attention to details
 Ability to maintain orderliness
 English language essentiel

The position is in Ottawa located in the south end. It’s a permanent position and it’s to start immediately.

Salary to be discussed: between $16.00 & $18.00 (depending the experience)
