Permanent position of Receptionist
Must be very friendly and professional with customers working for a catering company well established in Ottawa.
The receptionist’s role therefore entails :
Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers when giving an order.
Assist customers with answers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within your capacity.
Collaborate with other staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints are properly attended to in a timely manner.
Keep clear records of payments received and make detailed notes of balance payments.
Verify emails and respond to them accordingly; draw the attention of management to certain mails when necessary
Skills and requirements
Excellent telephone manners
Excellent communication skills
Possess retentive memory to remember orders
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to maintain orderliness
English language essentiel
The position is in Ottawa located in the south end. It’s a permanent position and it’s to start immediately.
Salary to be discussed: between $16.00 & $18.00 (depending the experience)
